"War will last 4 years": ministers of Slovakia and Hungary have argued through Ukraine (photo, video)

Western diplomats were unable to find a common language when it came to Russian aggression in Ukraine. The Slovak politician is convinced that the main problem today is Russia, not the EU position. The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Hungary and Slovakia expressed their opinion about the war in Ukraine, and they were categorically disagreeing with each other. The dialogue between them happened on the Twitter social network on July 30.

The representative of the Hungarian government Zoltan Kovach shared a roller where the Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Siarto complains that the European Union continues to support Ukraine in the war with the Russian Federation. In this regard, in his opinion, the war will last for at least four years. "The EU believes that the war in Ukraine will last four years.

How many people will die in these four years? How many Hungarians will die in four years? The Slovak Foreign Minister Miroslav Vlakhovsky saw this excerpt on the network and could not pass by. He believes that his colleague from another country had to ask the real opinion of people first before voicing such theses, because they may not coincide with reality. "The EU consists of 27 countries. I do not remember any debate when we said that the war will last 4 years. The war may stop tomorrow.

The EU is not a problem, Russia is a problem," Miroslav Vlakhovsky replied. The end of the message was marked by the phrase in Hungarian: "Ruszkik haza! Legyen béke!", Which means "Russians home! Let peace!" It is a hint of Hungary's uprising in 1956, suppressed by the USSR troops. The dialogue was not over and the Slovak Minister was answered by Hungarian Secretary of Hungary Tamash Menzer. He believes that Miroslav Vlokhovsky is either a bad memory, or he begins to lie.

"At the latest meeting of EU foreign ministers, they discussed a proposal to spend € 5 billion a year over the next 4 years to financing weapons to Ukraine. Slovak Minister of Foreign Affairs did not object to this proposal. The question: if there were no war in the next 4 years, then Why finance weapons supply? ", - the message reads. At the same time, the position of Budapest has not changed - they allegedly want to stop the ceasefire and peace.

In response, Miroslav Vlakhovsky stated that he has all well with memory, but he does not see the connection with the ability of Ukraine in the future and the duration of the war. We will remind, on July 28 it was reported that the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban accused the event of reluctance to negotiate with the Russian Federation.
