To spread: Russian President Vladimir Putin was called to seize the Ukrainian city of Sumy, since residents of Kursk region cannot "live on a peninsula". This desire was voiced by the head of Glushkovsky district of Kursk region Pavel Zolotarev at a meeting of municipal heads with the President of the Russian Federation. "The amounts should be ours.
