At the same time, the legislation provides additional social guarantees, including: separate office premises for placement during the deployment of camps, restrictions on physical activity, ie women are allowed to lift up to 10 kg twice per hour or 7 kg constantly, the possibility of dismissal at will during pregnancy, 126 days.
The Defense Ministry is actively implementing gender equality policy in the army, in particular, provides career opportunities, creates special programs and develops an international partnership with Canada, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and NATO forces. The Deputy Minister of Defense also added that one of the priorities of the ministry in this area is the medical support of military personnel and full access to medical services.
