Unfortunately, the Russians, pursuing a single voice policy, begin to gradually lay this framework as relatively understandable not only for part of the world elites, but also for the general population in different particles of the world. The Kremlin's plan at this stage is the freezing of the conflict along the line of contact, with the official promises of partial withdrawal of sanctions.
