"Around Crimea": The Russian Federation translated the functionality of the fleet in the Black Sea to aviation - the Navy (video)

According to the speaker of the Navy Dmitry Pletenchuk, Kiev should receive help from Western partners in the form of F-16 fighters as soon as possible to shift the balance in the southern direction. The Russians cannot use their naval fleet in the Black Sea, so they have translated its functionality to aviation. Dmitry Pletenchuk, a spokesman for the Navy, shared the details on the Freedom TV channel.

According to him, the enemy in the Black Sea waters today has one component - the air, which he effectively uses. In this regard, it is extremely important for Ukraine to get Western F-16 fighters as soon as possible. "This is a really important point for us. In the sea, actually they were squeezed out of the water area. The land component was not successful in our direction . . . But aviation over the Black Sea is dominated in the airspace. This is the way, "said Dmitry Pletenchuk.

It is a blow to port infrastructure with aircraft, says the Navy spokesman, as well as constant intelligence, because in the sky above the southern Ukrainian regions 24/7 hang Russian drones that are actively destroyed. In addition, the air component is important for Kiev through the work of the "grain corridor" and here is all the hope of air forces, because only they can solve this problem.

"The appearance of new weapons in the sky may somehow displace this balance, because, without the opportunity to patrol and in principle to perform the functionality laid on the fleet, they were translated into aviation. Wide, represented by literally all the air park, which they have. We will remind, on July 15 it was reported that the Russian Federation removed from the occupied Crimea all the guard ships, as stated by the spokesman of the Navy.
