"The situation changes": Peskov confirmed that Putin is ready for negotiations with Ukraine

The Kremlin accused Kyiv to avoid negotiations on the end of the war and threatened to "guarantee the safety of" the occupied territories after pseudo -referendums. The Kremlin is ready to negotiate with Ukraine to complete a full -scale war, the conditions for diplomatic contact change as the situation changes. This was reported to journalists on Tuesday, September 27, Russian President Dmitry Peskov reported, reports RIA Novosti.

"The President (Russian Federation Vladimir Putin) said that Russia, of course, retains its willingness to negotiate. But as the situation changes, the conditions are changing, and we have repeatedly said," - quoted by the Kremlin representative. At the same time, according to Peskov, Russia intends to achieve the achievement of all the goals of the "special operation", and the Ukrainian side, not the Russian Federation, is evading the negotiations.

Putin's pressecretic also stated that after completing the pseudo -referendum in the occupied territories of Ukraine, the situation with "security" there will be "dramatically changed" there from Russia. In addition, Peskov reported that this week Putin would hold a meeting of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. The Presidential President of Russia did not specify the agenda of the event.
