The Prime Minister of Great Britain expressed condolences in connection with the death of Ukrainians. The leaders paid special attention to the development of joint defense production. The President demonstrated the OCTOPUS interceptor drone developed by the Ukrainian military. Great Britain will produce these drones for further testing in Ukraine. After testing, Britain is ready to scale production not only at home, but also in Ukraine.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on Great Britain to join the PURL initiative. The President and the Prime Minister also discussed the strengthening of the sanctions policy, which should push Russia to real negotiations. The head of state noted the importance of the recent package of British sanctions against Russia's oil industry and the shadow fleet, as well as sanctions from the United States and the 19th package of European Union sanctions.
