Ukrainian powerful drone "February" attacked the Ryazan refinery: where else it was noticed (video)

The drone flies 1000 km and has 75 kg of explosives on board. This is not the first attack with such a drone, which indicates the systematic use of their use. On March 13, 2024, the Ryazan oil refinery in Russia was probably attacked by the unmanned aircraft "February". This is told by the Defense Express website with reference to Russian sources.

Also, the Ukrainian Telegram-channel "Colonel of GSC", with reference to the Russians, posted a video of attacks on the Ryazan refinery, where you can see a drone. They can see UAVs visually similar to the "February" model. According to sources, in particular, there has been a vacuum installation of the refinery, the explosion can lead to stopping production for a long time. Russian sources also have the idea that the company was attacked by "February".

The UAV "February" is a Ukrainian Dron Kamikadze, which was first demonstrated in the form of a model in November 2023. Open sources mark a few drone data: the flight range is more than 1000 km and the weight of 75 kg. These data indicate the possibility of drone to strike powerful blows far beyond Ukraine. The Ryazan refinery is 450 km from Ukraine.

Defense Express experts believe that the drone "February" may be involved in other attacks on Russian objects that took place in February and March 2024. In their view, this speaks to the systematic use of powerful shock drones in Ukraine. Also noted the accuracy of the drone: he was able to hit the high tower of the vacuum installation of the refinery, several tens of meters high and a few meters in height.

We will remind, the UAV "February" can be involved in the attack on "Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after GM Beriev", which was engaged in the repair of the Russian A-50 intelligence aircraft. According to satellite photos, after the attack, the Russian plane disappeared from the open site at the airport. Another possible place of use of "February" was the metallurgical plant in Lipetsk.
