Counterintelligence staff conducted a surgery of hostile forces in the frontal areas in the east of the country, which resulted in the capture of two Russian agents. This was reported on Friday, August 19 by the Security Service of Ukraine. One of the saboteurs was a citizen of the Russian Federation. The FSB transferred it to the Kramatorsk district for carrying out intelligence and subversive activities under the guise of a "peaceful resident of Donbass".

Another agent of the Russian intelligence service got into the hands of the SBU in Belitsky Donetsk region.
