"Began to adapt": Zelensky urged to increase the pressure of sanctions on Russia

The President of Ukraine said that working with the European Union is currently underway on the tenth package of sanctions against Russia. They should include the nuclear industry, in particular - Rosatom. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky called on the European Union countries to increase stationary pressure on Russia due to its aggression against Ukraine. He stated this at a joint briefing with the President of the European Commission Ursula von Der Lyen.

Zelensky discussed new sanctions on Russia with the President of the European Commission. The head of state emphasized that the situation with sanctions should be corrected, as Moscow has begun to adapt to previously imposed restrictions. "This is a common European task-to reduce Russia's ability to circumvent sanctions, and the sooner and better this task is to be fulfilled, the closer we will be to the defeat ", - said the Ukrainian leader.

The President also said that he had discussed the work of the Tenth Affairs of Sanctions against Russia with the Chairman of the European Commission. He reported that Ukraine insists on making restrictions on the Russian missile industry and drones. The banking system and the nuclear industry, including the State Corporation of Rosatom, should also be restricted.
