These vehicles are rarely on the balance sheet of enterprises, so the enemy decided to remove them from garage cooperatives, private households, citizens who are accused of cooperation with defense forces or whose movable property was arrested by the Russians.

The center believes that mass removal of equipment was organized by the enemy to meet the needs of occupation administrations and engineering equipment of positions of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces in the temporarily occupied territories.
