China and Russia openly claim to create a two -polar world and replace the West's leadership with the Chinese East monopoly, relying on the Hitler thesis that power is more important than international law. It is a new norm that Russia and China are trying to impose an international community instead of the rules of international life that have emerged after the Yalta Agreement and their regulators of the UN type.
Suddenly, the leaders of these two countries, the aggressor Russia, which has solved a bloody war against the European country-Ukraine, and China, which does not hide its plans at all costs to occupy Taiwan, defile themselves as peacekeepers. In other words, the real and potential offender wants to be judges at the same time. This is how the mafia, which commits violence and establishes its rules and laws in society, is behaved.
In history, it is a unique international situation where aggressor countries do not hide their invaders and at the same time try to be worthy peacekeepers on their own terms. In other words, the Tandem of China-Russia wants not only to change the borders of states unauthorized by force, but also to establish new rules of international life when the aggressor calls itself a conflict arbiter and a peacemaker. And the victim of aggression will be accused of reluctant to end the war.
