And national defense courses are one of the methods to improve the defense capability of a small country. They are organized by the armed forces for persons holding managerial positions. The aim of the courses is to strengthen the possibilities of cooperation between different sectors of society in emergency situations. The first course was organized in 1961, and according to representatives of the armed forces, they have already trained more than 10,000 people.
Back in March, Stubb expressed confidence that Russia has not given up its desire to destroy Ukraine, and the rhetoric about a truce is just an attempt to "draw time" from real negotiations.
