Mayor Mariupol Advisor Petro Andryushchenko reported that the occupiers want to urgently "reconstruct" a drama theater in Mariupol, where the Russian army killed 600 civilians. He noted that the Russians are in a hurry to carry out "reconstruction", declaring the "historical value of the building". "The only historical value arose at the time of the fall of two bombs.
