Dmitry Pletenchuk emphasized that this ferry was a military goal, the destruction of which led to a critical situation for Russian logistics, since the other two ferries of the Russian Federation are not currently suitable. The Russian railway ferry "Conro Traider", which was destroyed by the Ukrainian Navy on August 22, transported not only fuel tanks but also weapons. Navy Dmytro Pletenchuk, a spokesman of the Navy, reported this.

"We officially declare that there was a weapon - on this vapor," Pletenchuk said. He stressed that this ferry was not accidental, but "exclusively military goal. " The spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy also noted that the destruction of Conro Trader created a critical situation for Russian military logistics. "The railway does not work - it is unfinished. Poletenchuk explained. He said that the other two ferries that remain afloat in the Azov-Black Sea region are currently unsuitable for operation.
