"Lukashenko's wallet" Shakutin organized parallel imports of Western equipment in the Russian Federation - investigation

According to journalists, during a full -scale war, the supply of tractors and other equipment of Western companies that "left" from the Russian and Belarussian markets, only increased. Agricultural equipment of foreign brands that have declared "departure" from the Russian and Belarusian markets, still continues to enter the mentioned countries. This is stated in a joint study of the Belarusian Investigative Center, the German edition of Paper Trail Media and "Languages".

It is noted that on March 11, 2022, CNH Industrial, known for brands CASE IH and New Holland Agriculture, reported that it has suspended its business with the Russian Federation and Belarus because of a full -scale invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine. At the same time, the efforts of the German company Alexander Shakutin SV Maschinen supply of the aforementioned equipment in the Russian Federation only increased.

Shakutin is known as Lukashenko's wallet and is under sanctions, which did not prevent the organization of parallel import of agricultural machinery. It is noted that in 2023 SV Maschinen GmbH has delivered more than 12. 5 million euros in the Russian Federation. Two years earlier, the amount was 20 times smaller. Investigators, in the guise of clients, managed to talk to representatives of the company who suggested a new series of Mccormick tractors, which are released in Spain, France and Germany.

This year, SV Maschinen GmbH has supplied 18 new CNH Industrial Italia S. P. A. , which were produced in Austria and in the British islands in the Russian Federation. Entrepreneur Shakutin is known for informal ties with the Belarusian politician Alexander Lukashenko: they collected potatoes together, flew on a wedding trip. Shakutin supported Lukashenko in the 2020 elections and participated in the secret inauguration.
