In the occupied parts of the region, they did not even begin to prepare for the start of the heating season. "In 15 km of the area from the Dnieper, the occupiers generally stated that the launch of boiler rooms will not take place. In other settlements of systemic preparation for the launch of heating - we do not see," - added Yuri Sobolevsky.
In addition, the last few days have been recorded that in some villages located near the Dnieper River in the Kherson region, the invaders use gluthers to ensure that the local population does not have access to the Internet.
