"Running will not happen": the occupiers are not planned to turn on the winter heating in the Kherson region

According to the deputy chairman of the regional council Yuri Sobolevsky, every day the situation in the captured territories is deteriorating. The enemy has not yet started preparing for winter and restricts access to medical services. Russian invaders continue to complicate the lives of Ukrainians in temporarily occupied territories. This is fixed in the southern regions. The first deputy chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yuri Sobolevsky reported this in his Telegram channel on November 15.

According to him, in the captured settlements of the Kherson region recently the humanitarian situation has deteriorated significantly. "From the Russians, there is a total restriction of our citizens' access to medical services. There is a noticeable shortage of medicines, some medicines are simply impossible to buy," - writes Yuri Sobolevsky. Another important issue raised by the representative of the regional council was the approaching winter.

Every day on the street is getting colder, but the enemy does nothing to provide the population with basic living conditions. In the occupied parts of the region, they did not even begin to prepare for the start of the heating season. "In 15 km of the area from the Dnieper, the occupiers generally stated that the launch of boiler rooms will not take place. In other settlements of systemic preparation for the launch of heating - we do not see," - added Yuri Sobolevsky.

In addition, the last few days have been recorded that in some villages located near the Dnieper River in the Kherson region, the invaders use gluthers to ensure that the local population does not have access to the Internet. Somewhere there is no electricity. We will remind, on November 3 it was reported that in the occupied territories the unemployment is recorded, which led to the actions of Russian invaders.
