According to journalists, dozens of Russian banking institutions will work on occupied parts of Ukraine in the coming days. The Russian lender "Sberbank" began to open offices in the occupied parts of four Ukrainian regions. About it reports Sky News. On Friday, bank representatives announced that 46 offices would be opened during the week. In 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the laws on the accession of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions to Russia.

According to American analysts at the "Center for War Study", the Kremlin claims to negotiate, but at the same time conduct information operations to put responsibility for peaceful settlement. It should be reminded that on June 25, the German edition of Die Welt reported that negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the European Union should not start at all.
