According to the investigation, four residents of the Ternopil region organized "business" on theft from defenders and defenders. The next 12 years they are now at risk of spending the lattice. In Ukraine, they exposed a criminal group that was engaged in resale of stolen drones. The press service of the National Police Cyber ​​Police Department shared the details of the case on September 11. The scheme was organized by two inhabitants of Ternopil.

One of them worked as the head of the well -known postal service department and attracted his subordinates. The persons found in parcels for military personnel and stole them. Open departures, they were quarreling, filling the boxes with the same weight and size. The stolen quadcopters were then put up for sale on the network, offering them for lower than market value. They were sent to buyers from the same post office.

Entrepreneurs received money from the resale of the drones "entrepreneurs" were received in the controlled accounts of drops and cryptomamen. One of the participants of the scheme even designed the FOP for this. In total, they robbed 26 parcels with a total value of almost UAH 6,000,000. Law enforcement officers conducted 14 searches in the Lviv region and Kiev - at places of residence, stay and in vehicles of persons involved.

Investigators seized 15 mobile phones, computer equipment and 25 bank cards, as well as documents and drafts with evidence. Digital assets on cryptoamants were blocked. "Entrepreneurs" were informed about suspicion of appropriation, misappropriation of property or seizure by abuse of office in particularly large amounts. They are threatened with up to 12 years in prison with a ban on holding certain positions for up to 3 years and confiscation of property.

The court has already chosen the defendants of precautions - personal obligations and night arrests. Investigators set the location of all involved in the scheme.
