There are four main ways of reservation from mobilization. Centers should offer work in the region and in other regions, if there are vacancies in the appropriate specialty, the centers should actually take care of employment, not what they take care of now, whatever it is.

CRI should put the number of vacancies available in the State Employment Service, the level of vacancies, the number of employed people. There are no vacancies - allow them to interact with jobs. ua. The hardest part is booking. Here, from all over the space, I see the following: I like the quota, the same for all forms of ownership and size of companies, perhaps with a certain increase in quota for risky regions.

The idea of ​​filling the budget from money for booking, IMHO, complicates the situation and leads to a public split along the line of rich-poor, along the lines of regions, does not meet the task of saving life and businesses where it is most difficult. Reservation alone makes it possible to develop everything else that pays taxes and keep families.

The idea of ​​"not to book at all" will bring us economically, and you will not pay the military partners at the expense of helping partners. This is only my opinion, it is not a recipline and not serious, based on data, analytics. It is sad that the solution is very difficult.

In any variant of the described opponents will be, and politically cannot be assembled and accepted, respectively, companies live and plan in the face of uncertainty not only with regard to electricity and arrivals, but also for key employees. This is the price of inaction. Somehow. UPD.
