"Russia did not attack us": Siyarto explained why the Russian Federation should be at a peaceful summit against Ukraine

The Hungarian Foreign Minister has not yet confirmed whether the Hungarian delegation was present at a conference in Switzerland. But he stated that he would like to see representatives from Russia there. Peter Siyarto, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Hungary, interviewed the Belarusian pro -government TV channel OTT, telling why his country has not yet decided whether to go to Switzerland.

Siyarto stated that other peaceful plans were needed to explore other world leaders, without calling, however, names.

"Why should we exclude that studying these plans can contribute to peace? So I suggested either to mention all peace plans or not to mention any of them. And this one seems to me a very logical and very rational, very flexible proposal was simply ignored . Therefore, I could not agree with the text in general, "Siyarto said, saying that when it comes to the achievement of peace, the official Budapest supports all the plans that are at the stage of preparation or ready.

Because, in his opinion, it hopes that peace will ever come. The Hungarian Foreign Minister complained that Hungary "lives in the shadow of this war" for over two and a half years and sees the consequences. "We see the suffering of people. We see people running away. We hear people die. And we don't want more people to die. We don't want to happen anymore. We don't want it. According to him, the official Budapest has not yet made a decision on the Peace summit in Switzerland. They are convinced that Russia should also be present at the conference.
