ISW emphasized that numerous Western media reports indicate that the US government forbids Britain to grant Ukraine's Storm Shadow missiles to strike for military purposes in Russia. In addition, experts from the American Institute have created an interactive map of well -known military facilities in the Russian Federation to illustrate the extent to which US restrictions on the use of ATACMS limit Ukraine's ability to strike in important military infrastructure in Russia.
