The Security Service of Ukraine exposed and blocked attempts by Russian intelligence to access the Armed Forces Combat System. On August 8, the press service of the department reported on social networks.

"As a result of complex measures, the unlawful actions of Russian hackers were exposed and blocked, which tried to penetrate into Ukrainian military networks and organize the collection of intelligence," the publication said. The press service noted that "sensitive information" included data on actions, location and movement of defenders, as well as their technical support. The SBU staff conducted a defensive Cyberoperative in cooperation with the Armed Forces.

"From the first days of a full -scale war, we reflect the cyberattacks of the Russian special services that are trying to break our military administration and not only. Operation we have now been conducted - this is a kibroboron of our army," - said the head of the Department of Cybersecurity Ilya Ilya Vituk. He said that the cyberattacks responsible Hacker group Sandworm, which is controlled by Russian military intelligence.

After investigating, law enforcement officers found that in the spread of "viruses" in the Ukrainian system, the enemy relied on captured tablets. Subsequently, the Russians planned to use access and programs on devices to log in. In total, the SBU has found almost a dozen Russian spy programs designed to obtain data from the Armed Forces.
