Mobilization in Ukraine: Which of the Ukrainians will take a car for the Armed Forces

The removed car will be returned to the owner within 30 days from the date of announcement of demobilization. In case of loss of transport, the state will pay compensation. The new mobilization law provides for the removal of transport for the needs of the Armed Forces. According to the lawyer of Marina Bekalo, this is possible only in those citizens who have more than one car registered. This is stated in the material "TSN. ua".

Becalo noted that Ukrainians who have more than one car can remove transport for the needs of the army. Instead, the People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak noted that the transport that meets the needs of the Armed Forces will only be removed from legal entities. Whereas ordinary citizens will not be taken away.

A member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Fedor Venislavsky said that the Mobilization Law was specified that they would not remove a car that is a "sole source of human existence". If a person has more than one car that can be adapted to the tasks of the security and defense sector, then it is allowed to be removed. It is a truck, a special equipment that is suitable for off -road. Representatives of the Tax Code and JV can mobilize the vehicle.

If necessary, an enterprise or organization must provide delivery of a car or other equipment to military units. However, expert estimation and estimate of market value must be carried out before removing the transport. In particular, the car that is more suitable for the needs of the Armed Forces can be taken away. The local administration will make special lists and determine the number of vehicles that can be mobilized in each area.
