The provision provides for the procedure of conducting a military-doctor examination by the military-medical commissions and extends to a number of categories of military. 3621-IX "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Ensuring the Rights of Servicemen and Police for Social Protection" (May 4, 2024) , the seventh, eighth subparagraph 3 of paragraph 2 of the amendments to the Regulations on the Military Medical Expertise in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, approved by this order, which shall enter into force from the moment of its official publication.

The text of the Regulations defines the procedure of conducting a military-doctor examination by the military-medical commissions. Among other things, it applies to the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the State Special Transport Service, their families, conscripts, conscripts and reservists.

The task of military medical examination is to determine the suitability of health service in military service of conscripts, servicemen, military personnel and reservists, as well as establish a causal connection of diseases, injuries (injuries, injuries, injuries) with military service and determines the need and need Conditions for the use of medical and social rehabilitation and assistance to servicemen.

The order is set out in the new version of Annex 1 to the Regulations "Schedule of Diseases, Conditions and Physical Defects, which determine the degree of suitability for military service, service in the military reserve", in which the status "limited suitable for military service" is absent. We will remind, on May 4, Law No. 3621-IX enters into force, which, among other things, abolishes the status of "restricted".
