A terabyte of Su-57 and PAK-DA secrets: how it will affect the Russian aviation — InformNapalm

Share: Ukrainian cyber specialists conducted a multi-level special operation and gained access to almost a terabyte of data of the OKMB company ("Opytno-konstruktorskoe byuro motorostroeniya") of the Russian Federation. The company works for the Russian Space Forces and is involved in the production of the Su-57 fighter and the PAK-DA ("Envoy" complex). Due to the leak of secret data, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation may cancel the concluded contracts.

Cyber specialists obtained 961 GB of data, according to a post on the X social network (Twitter) of the InformNapalm International Intelligence Community. Special operation OKBMLeaks is the result of the work of the community and specialists of the Finex analytical center. The archive contains PDF files with details of OKMB agreements with PJSC "Tupolev" and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Almost every document is marked as a state secret, and this indicates the strategic importance of the data obtained by cyber intelligence. The InformNapalm post states that 961 GB is 140,000 files in 8,000 "folders". Each of the 140,000 files will be studied, and gradually all OKBMLeaks materials will enter the network. The next post by the investigators is about the measures that the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation can apply due to the leak of secrets about the Su-57 and the PAK-DA.

It turned out that the Russian authorities can terminate the contracts, conduct an internal audit and open criminal proceedings. That is why there is a separate stage of the operation, which is carried out by Ukrainian specialists, which is the publication of files and the disclosure of evidence. It should be noted that Focus wrote about a secret data leak related to the aviation of the Russian Federation.

According to the InformNapalm community, the production of Su-57 and PAK-DA requires special equipment that is produced in the West, but is unavailable due to sanctions. The Russian military industry needs Hartford HCMC-1100AG and Johnford SL-50 (Taiwan) devices, as well as Grindex BSD-700U CNC (Serbia), and the corresponding orders are being formed at the level of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

Among other things, there are documents with production and delivery schedules: due to problems with the machines, the deadlines for the production of modern aircraft of the Russian Federation were disrupted, according to the materials of the investigators. Another direction is the documentation on the testing of hydraulic drives for the PAK-DA and RSh-65 hinge reducers for the Su-57.

Meanwhile, analysts of the Royal Joint Institute for Defense Research (RUSI) talked about another method by which the West can influence the production of Su-34, Su-57 and other aircraft. It turned out that the design bureau "Sukhoi" and the "United Aircraft Company" are seriously dependent on Western components, which are purchased through a network of shell companies. According to analysts, if these chains are interrupted, it is possible to influence the number of Russian aircraft.
