The State Tax Service has made a decision on the compliance of Atomservice, which won seven lots at ProZorro auction for food supply to the army, risk criteria based on the fact that the company bought large food foods. The owner and head of "Atom Service" Alexander Savchenko informed about it in an interview with the site "Observer", "Gordon" reports. "The basis was the purchase in large volumes of food.

The enterprise made the purchase of goods related to the main activity, namely purchasing products at its own expense to perform contracts with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The enterprise has been working in this industry for many years and has never been assigned to it The "risk" criterion. We do not believe it is by accident. We have provided documents, we are waiting for a solution, "the company owner said.

Savchenko considers this decision unjustified and dangerous, as it can affect the supply of foodstuffs for 250 thousand military personnel of the Armed Forces. In his opinion, the bidding on Prozorro took place honestly and openly, and all interested companies could participate in them. Savchenko recalled that the results of the auction were also welcomed in the Association of Ritthelelelene of Ukraine, which noted that significant funds for the army were saved in this way.

"And society has seen the scale of savings - about 30% of the savings from the starting price. It is a lot or it is not enough? Obviously, it is a lot. These are billions of hryvnias whose savings will allow other important needs of the Armed Forces," Savchenko stressed. The head of "Atoservice" added that his company has been working for over seven years, has been actively involved in tenders and has never had problems with fulfilling its obligations.

"The enterprise worked in the market long before the full -scale war. Counterparties, including the military, have long been well known as a supplier who always fulfills its obligations. For the last five years we have been actively involved in tenders and providing food and food Ready dishes are different budget structures, including schools, military units. The enterprise works about 100 people.
