The Kozlovsky and Kondratyuk conflict broke out after the artist decided to stop cooperation with the producer in 2012. As a result, according to the contract, all the rights to the songs performed by Vitaliy Kozlovsky remained in Igor.

Accordingly, the singer had no right to perform them after termination of the contract. Despite this, he did not give up concerts such hits as "Shakespeare", "Sky cries", "Pinacolada". For his part, Kondratyuk accused Kozlovsky of copyright infringement and sued. The judge made a decision in favor of the producer and obliged the artist to compensate for the losses of Kondratyuk. For many years, both sides have exchanged claims and images, but now all the issues are closed.
