I wish health, dear Ukrainians! We are preparing for very active weeks of the second half of August-negotiations, meetings, Crimean platform, new appeals to foreign communities, international legal activity-on our initiative. This week I will continue to expand our links with African states, with the Latin America. Important contacts at the European level will take place tomorrow.

Although there is a pause in global politics - still August, but for Ukraine, there were no pauses for the interests of our country, there will be no. We are working on new sanctions against Russia and to stimulate the citizens of the terrorist state to feel their part of responsibility for what is happening.

Visa restrictions in Europe for Russian passport owners are expanding daily, new states, new politicians join it. In the end, this should lead to appropriate decisions. I am grateful to our scouts, law enforcement officers, journalists and anyone who works to establish full data about Russian killers. Ukraine and our partners are gaining more and more information about the direct responsible for terror and torture, for the so -called filtration and deportation of our people, for looting . . .

All these inhumans are sure to be responsible. But we must remember that when evil becomes such a scale, the silence of people is approaching the level of complicity. And the rejection of the real fight against evil becomes that it is helping him. Therefore, if you have Russian citizenship and you are silent, then you will not fight, so you support it. And where you are in Russia and abroad - your voice should sound in support of Ukraine, and therefore against this war.

In the near future, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine should make a decision to continue martial law and general mobilization. Obvious solution, obvious reasons. Ukraine has always sought and strives for peace and has proposed to the Russian leadership many times in various negotiation formats to end the war and free Ukrainian land from occupation.

But so far, Russia believes in terror, is in captivity of its propaganda illusions and still hopes that it will allegedly be able to achieve something in different forms of blackmail. Can not. Therefore, we must defend ourselves, must respond to every manifestation of terror, to all shelling - to cruel shelling, which do not stop a single day. Unfortunately, we have losses.

But we must fight at all levels and on all fronts, to maximize our country, to maintain our unity and to attract even more countries to our anti -war coalition. The stronger Ukraine will be, the weaker Russia will be, and therefore this war will last less time. And everyone in Ukraine, everyone in the free world has to do everything on them and everything is possible for Russia and those who support the war, pay an increasing price for Russian state terror.
