According to journalists, the Russian authorities put on one -off payments for the conclusion of a contract with the Defense Ministry 90 billion rubles - 30 billion rubles annually.

This is stated in the project of the federal budget expenditures for 2025-2027. It is noted that now a one -time federal payment for the conclusion of the contract is 400 thousand rubles. Russian President Putin raised her to this level on July 31, earlier it was 195 thousand. "If the payment does not change, then the funds are enough to recruit 225 thousand new contractors in three years. If the contract will pay 195 thousand rubles, as it was before, it will allow to recruit 461.
