"Everyone feels like shit": The officer told how the MSEC system humiliates war veterans

Decorating disability for veterans is an extremely bureaucratic and unpleasant procedure, because the soldiers have to wait a few months for documents. Veteran Igor Saliy shared his own history and indifference from the doctors. The former commander of the 5th company of the 126th Battalion of the 112nd Brigade, Major, Officer of the Center for School Solutions Igor Saliy told on his Facebook page about his experience of passing the medical and social expert commission (MSEC).

After two wounds during rehabilitation, he became fond of archery, achieving significant results in sports. Saliy won the "Cup of Warriors" of the Unconquered League, and also received "gold" in the US Air Forces and Marines in Las Vegas. In April this year, Saliy passed the Military Medical Commission (VLK), received a referral to the MSEC and went to the main military hospital (GVKG).

He described in detail the complex and bureaucratic process of passing the commission, noting that the MSEC works only two days a week behind coupons, which in the conditions of war is unacceptable. The veteran mentioned the case where in the queue to the office of Msek met a man with a high amputation and a grenade in a bag. He was disappointed with delays in the process of document preparation.

"Super adequate, explains that he submitted all the documents five, 5, b **, a month ago, he was promised to call back in two weeks, and it took 5 months and he wants to discomfort just there !!! I was sitting with him in line, I just communicated and refused him . . . How I regret it now . . . ", - Saliy writes. In the end, he got into a similar situation: he was also promised to call in two weeks, but the answers had to wait four months.

"It took 4 months, I call me a grandmother and says," I was cleaning and finding your documents here in the office, calling a doctor, he said - let him take and go to a civilian MSEC ". . . I did not find there, but I came exactly as My predecessor from the queue! Saliy posted the name of the doctor and promised that he would fight for the rights of veterans.
