The US Department of Commerce has introduced export restrictions on three companies from Russia, six from China and two from the UAE. The sanction list included Russian companies that created a network of procurement of aerospace components for the production of UAVs of this type, which are used in the war against Ukraine by Russian aggressors, as well as Yemeni Hatitis fighters, which Iran is supported by Iran.

The Chinese business of Shenzhen Jiasibo Technology, which also participated in the purchase of components for the production of these drones, came under the restriction. Another company from China was on the sanction list through the support of the Russian army - Jiangxi Xintuo Enterprise purchased, developed and distributed Russian UAVs. Four Chinese companies were also listed as suspected of purchasing US -born goods for China's military modernization programs.
