According to the Foreign Minister, the Ukrainian military "starving" in connection with the lack of artillery shells, and their positions are destroyed. Despite all the efforts of Western partners, the supply of assistance to Ukraine "lag behind the schedule". This was stated in an interview with Foreign Policy by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba.

"Between the announcement of the package and the moment when the Ukrainian artilleryman receives more shells to shoot from Russian invaders, there is a time gap. And this moment has not yet come because everything that was stated is still on the road. There are terrible things, including the offensive of Russian troops on the ground, "Kuleba said. The head of Ukrainian diplomacy added that Ukrainian defenders "starve" due to lack of artillery shells, and their positions are destroyed.

Because of this, in the conditions of war, not only the quantity and quality of what is provided, but also the terms of supply are important. "When I look at Russia's achievement in restoring my military-industrial base, and on the achievement of the West, we must look truth in the eye and acknowledge that the Russian Federation is more efficient in our military efforts.

Quite effective in this particular military operation, how effective can it be if wars and crises of the same scale begin? " - added the minister. On April 26, it became known in the US on one of the largest military assistance packages to Ukraine. However, the defense forces will not soon receive equipment and weapons from these contracts, because it is a program of initiative to promote Ukraine's security (USAI).
