Vadim Sukharevsky, Commander of the Forces of Unmanned Systems forces, emphasized that Ukraine is introducing changes based on the experience of modern war. "We have shown today to the world that Ukraine has departed from a conservative approach. Today we have created a precedent. Thus, we are ready to dictate the rules of this war for further success," he said.
The First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ivan Havrylyuk said during the presentation that there was a good prospect of winning the war against the Russian Federation, increasingly involving robots and unmanned systems to perform combat missions in the air, on earth and at sea. The symbol of a new kind of troops was a swallow created by a neural network. This bird, as noted, is one of the most revered symbols in Ukrainian culture, which means the news of victory.
