The fall of the C-300 rocket in Belarus: In the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, they responded to Minsk's accusations

The Ukrainian side stated that it has the right to defend its sky, but instead is ready to participate in an objective investigation of this event. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has published an official response to Minsk's accusations of breaking the Air Force of the C-300 anti-aircraft missile, which was allegedly launched by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The Defense Ministry stated that Ukraine has the full right to defend its airspace, but at the same time, it is ready to participate in the objective investigation of this incident. The statement states that the Ukrainian side does not exclude conscious provocation by the aggressor country, whose armed forces can deliberately pave the route of their missiles for the task of strike in Ukraine to provoke their interception over the territory of Belarus.

This conclusion can be concluded that the Kremlin has long been trying to draw Belarus into the war against Ukraine. "On the statements of the Belarusian side, the Ukrainian side is known desperate and persistent aspirations of the Kremlin to involve Belarus into its aggressive war against Ukraine," the statement reads.

However, for its part, Kyiv is ready to participate in the investigation of the incident, which occurred on December 29 in the sky over the territory of Belarus as a result of a reflection of a massive rocket strike of the Russian Federation. "Ukraine is ready to invite such investigation of authoritative experts among countries that are not related to the support of Russia's state-terrorist state in any form," the Defense Ministry stressed.

The statement also stated that Ukraine continues to repel Russian aggression, exercising its inalienable right to self -defense and the protection of its territory in accordance with Article 51 of the United Nations Statute. We will remind, on December 29 near the village of Gorbach of the Brest region of Belarus a rocket fell, which could be released from the anti-aircraft missile complex C-300.
