IT and not only: what experts will be in demand in Ukraine after the war

To spread: after the war, Ukraine is waiting for a large -scale recovery that will inevitably affect the labor market. Changes will be structural in nature and will affect many areas of the economy. This was reported by the Director of the State Employment Service Yulia Zhovtyak. Zhovtyak notes that not only the country's internal needs, but also global trends - digitalization, rising prices for housing, climatic challenges and geopolitical instability will affect the situation.

All this will lead to the formation of new requirements for specialists. First of all, demand for representatives of technological professions will increase in Ukraine. Particularly in demand will be experts in the field of financial engineering, machine training, DATAOPS developers and virtual reality analysts. Equally significant will be social professionals. The country will need teachers, doctors, rehabilitologists, social workers, personality and coaching trainers.

This is due to the need to work with people and support society after the war. The agricultural sector also plays a key role. It is expected to increase vacancies for drivers, builders and food workers. It is estimated that these areas will become locomotives of the country's economy and social system.
