Therefore, the event will impose a strategy for military-political exhaustion in Ukraine by Putin Russia through the constant support of Kiev. Earlier there was a strategy of restraint, then the "indices" of war to prevent the Kremlin's victory over Ukraine. Now Putin Russia has become a fully aggressive, authoritarian state with a deep military economy, without internal and external impulses to self -development.
Therefore, the new goal of the event is to achieve the fundamental strategy of depletion of Russia on the basis of Russia's fundamental civilizational backwardness from Europe and the US and the transition to "restructuring-2". The main thing is to form in the Kremlin a stable state of the late stagnation of the country before the restructuring of Gorbachev and the fear of unexpected self -life, as in the USSR.
Thus, as a result of the strategically lost war in Ukraine and the loss of the status of the "world aggressor", Russia has left the club of great powers and returns to the club of second -rate, regional players a hundred years later. In the 21st century, neither the West nor China will seek the self -life of Russia, but will share zones of influence within Russia.
The geopolitical "instrumentalization" of a heavily weakened war in Ukraine in Ukraine between the US, China and Europe should reduce the threat of open Third World War, which will become the basis for new world order, new globalism, without unmanaged and aggressive Russia.
