Xi Jinping will discuss with Putin's sustaining schemes - isw

According to American analysts, China can help Russia to circumvent sanctions through Belarus thanks to the agreements signed by Alexander Lukashenko during a visit to Beijing on March 1. The head of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, intends to discuss with the President of the Russian Federation the mechanism of bypassing the sanction restrictions within the framework of his visit to the Russian Federation. This is stated in the report of the Institute of War Study (ISW) of March 17.

Analysts noted that according to the statement of the Russian side, Beijing and Moscow are going to sign bilateral documents of unknown content and discuss partnership issues during the stay of Si Jinping in the Russian Federation from March 20 to March 22 in the Russian Federation. According to the authors of the report, the Chinese leader is interested in maintaining the image of a neutral mediator between the Russian Federation and Ukraine in the end of the war.

This topic may be the subject of discussion at a future meeting. "SI may try to turn their success into the mediation of the restoration of diplomatic relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia into greater efforts through this war," experts say. The Western intelligence services have previously noted that China did not reject the provision of the Russian army with weapons.

In addition, the Russian Federation has already received from Chinese rifle companies, UAV spare parts and other equipment that can be used for military purposes. "SI probably plans to discuss sanctions with Putin and Russian officials to support the sale and supply of Chinese equipment to Russia," the publication reads. American analysts suggest that China can help Russia bypass Western sanctions through Belarus.

This may probably be facilitated by the agreements signed by Alexander Lukashenko during a visit to Beijing on March 1. It should be reminded that on March 16, the adviser to the Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces Valery Zaluzhny Daniel Rice stated that China is unlikely to transfer the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for war in Ukraine, as "does not want to join idiots".
