Forced mobilization on Tot: The CNS told what to do to those who were called up to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation

The invaders violate international humanitarian law, calling for the service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of Ukrainians. In the underground, they called for those who were forcibly mobilized to the enemy's army. In the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk region, about 250 men were called up to the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. This was reported in the center of national resistance.

"About 250 residents of Donetsk region were" called "for further passing" military service "in the occupation troops," the message said. They noted that in the temporarily occupied territory during the so -called "mobilization" measures, Russians issue "mobilization plans" to enterprises, which indicate the number of people who need to be called for service.

"In case of failure to comply with such plans, the occupiers threaten to wash away the management of these enterprises on those persons who will comply with similar orders in time and in full," - explained in the underground. As a result, forcibly calling Ukrainians to military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Russians violate international humanitarian law.

In particular, this is a violation of Article 51 of the Convention for the Protection of Civilian Population during the War, since the occupying power has no right to force the persons under protection in the enemy army. The center of national resistance emphasized that it is worth contacting the hotline "I want to live" - ​​+38 066 580 34 98 and +38 093 119 29 84 - in case of forced mobilization.

In order to surrender to the Ukrainian captivity, you need to disrupt the store and hang a machine gun or other weapon on the left shoulder with the barrel. Then you need to raise and show empty hands. You can also show a white cloth and scream loudly: I give up. After receiving the command, you can get closer. It is important to execute all teams to the Ukrainian military.

"We urge internally displaced persons and residents of the frontal areas, those who have relatives on the Tot, to share this information. It is not too late to surrender to the Armed Forces and not commit military crimes," the center added. We will remind, on August 30, the first deputy chairman of the Kherson regional council Yuri Sobolevsky said that the occupiers were unable to organize mass mobilization in the territory of the region because of the quiet resistance of the population.
