The manager himself did not deny the fact of speeding and asked to make administrative materials as soon as possible. Law enforcement officers stressed that under Article 15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, servicemen are responsible for violation of traffic rules on a general basis. Therefore, the driver was issued a resolution under part 1 of Article 122 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - exceeding established speed restrictions.
During the verification of information widespread on social networks, police also specified that at the time of drafting the protocol, air alarm was announced only in Chernihiv and Sumy regions. There was no official notification in the capital and Kyiv region. At the same time, the military was not heading for an urgent task, but to accomplish tasks in the future. The driver recognized his violation and even expressed his desire to pay a fine of 340 UAH through the terminal.
