According to him, clear actions are needed to restrain the Russian leadership, and the United States, along with European countries, can effectively influence Putin through force. At the same time, Zelensky expressed his readiness to negotiate with US and Russian Presidents Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin without any preliminary conditions.

He excluded a meeting in Moscow, emphasizing that it was impossible to come to the aggressor country during active shelling, but a meeting in the third, safe country remains a possible option.
