"Of course, Ukrainians cannot open a fire, otherwise there will be a terrible accident at the NPP," he said. The Secretary of State stressed that Russia uses not only a living shield from the Ukrainians who remained in the occupied territories, but also a nuclear shield. Since March 4, the largest nuclear power plant in Europe, Zaporizhzhya NPP, was captured by Russian invaders after heavy battles in Energodar.
