Permanent terror against civilian population is an obvious refusal

I want to address this address today in the world who is amenable to Russian manipulations of alleged negotiations. The fact that only negotiations can end this cruel Russian terrorist war. Does the peace-terrorist state want? Obviously not. It proves it daily and every night. Zaporizhzhia. One of the Ukrainian cities against which Russia directs its rocket terror. This night, at least 14 people were killed in ordinary residential buildings in Zaporozhye. Unfortunately, this number can grow.

The parsing is still ongoing. More than 70 people are injured, including 11 children. All of them are provided with proper assistance. Hundreds of families were left without housing. From the impact of one of the missiles-a heavy anti-ship missile X-22-a whole entrance was destroyed on a regular nine-storey building, from the first to the sixth floor. It was a conscious blow. The one who gave the order and those who executed it knew where they were beating.

The strikes continued a series of Russian rocket strokes in Zaporozhye, which only at least 43 people have taken their lives this week since October 3. And there were blows to Kharkiv, in the cities of Donbass, in other cities of Ukraine . . . There were still strikes of Iranian drones, air strikes. The vast majority of them - on the civil infrastructure of our country, in civilians. When someone wants to negotiate, he does not do it. And when someone is a terrorist - he does that way.

Do negotiations help to overcome terror? Now everyone has to honestly answer this question. Terrorists are neutralized. Terror is a crime for which there should be punishment. Terror at the state level is one of the most horrific international crimes that threatens not only one in the world but the whole international community.

If the terror remains unpunished, if the terrorist manages to intimidate so much that someone in the world wants to just agree to close their eyes to terror, then this will be the loss - losing freedom, losing humanity and losing democracy. This is what Russia wants. For this purpose, she needs all this terror-from rocket strikes to global crises, which are triggered by the terrorist state. It was already in history.

When, last time, another terrorist state was allowed to do what she wanted, because the strong worlds were frightened by her terror, the Second World War began. The world is now united. Now everyone in the world understands what this war is in Ukraine in Ukraine. It is a Russian war against all those values ​​that make people people and life is peaceful. Ukraine wins in this war. We can liberate all our land and we can put a terrorist state. Russia should be punished for terror.

Only this guarantees that the confrontation will not grow to an even larger scale and will not spill over to other countries. But for this we have to maintain maximum unity - the unity of all people of the world who value peace, respect the right to life for everyone and fair enough to admit that constant terror against civilians is an obvious refusal of Russia to negotiate. Therefore, the official recognition of Russia is a terrorist state-recognition at all levels.

Restricting any economic contacts with any Russian entities is required-it is impossible to be sponsors of terrorism. A clear condemnation at all levels of each escalating step of Russia is required - from terrorist strikes to criminal attempts to annex our territory. The relevant resolution will be considered by the UN General Assembly for the other day. We will see in a vote who and how the terrorists really treat. And it takes a fundamental and sufficient help to Ukraine.

Assistance to our people who are a target for a terrorist state. It is necessary to accelerate Ukraine with a sufficient number of effective air defense systems. It is the negotiations on the provision of such air defense systems that it is the negotiations on increasing other defense, political and financial support of Ukraine that is the only possible negotiation format that can really bring peace closer.
