Probably a similar number with the Russian letter y and the number of all 002 may indicate that it was Shahd, the production of which was already deployed directly in Russian territory. The protocol investigation states that Shahd drones will be produced in Tatarstan. The total cost of the project is estimated at 115-130 billion rubles.

The Russian leadership does not formally recognize the purchase of Iranian drones, so drones in internal documentation are called "boats" and Iran - "Belarus". State structures could restore funding. The Russian State Bank "VTB" will be funded for the production of Iranian drones. Participation in the production can be participated in the company: "Albatros", "Aviathestearo", Alabuga and SuperCam. All of them are in one way or another related not only to the production of drones, but also a special economic zone.
