They will envisage free entry into higher education institutions without examinations, special mortgage conditions and cash payments of one million hryvnias, said the President during a joint press conference with the President of the European Investment Bank with Nadia Calvinho. According to the Head of State, the initiative to introduce contracts for young people comes from military commanders and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and this issue was discussed separately during the rates of the Supreme Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces. "It seems to me that a very good offer for people who want to go for one year on a contract. They can continue to continue if they want, but this is a contract for a year," Zelensky explained.

According to him, in a year this contract it will be possible to earn an additional million hryvnias. After a year of service, young people will be able to enter the chosen university without exams. In addition, contracts will provide for special conditions of mortgage: 0%, ie all interest will be covered by the state. "Many are certainly important details: what are the conditions where the crews go. This is such an experimental contract, and all this will be in detail," Zelensky said.

He added that the contract details will be officially published in the coming days.
