Mobilization in Ukraine: with which criminal articles take into the army

The Law on the mobilization of the convicts state eight articles, with which it is impossible to obtain parole and release and get to the defense forces. It is emphasized that with serious crimes in the Armed Forces is not accepted. Condemned men of conscript age in the conditions of mobilization in Ukraine have the opportunity to get freedom if they agree to go to the army. It is only about those citizens who have not committed serious crimes or have not encroached on state security.

The peculiarities of the conscription are referred to in the text of Law No. 3687-IX, published on the Verkhovna Rada portal. The text of the law is devoted to amendments to the Criminal Code. Among other things, Article 81-1 is added, which provides conditions for early release during mobilization in Ukraine. There are also changes in the Law on Military Duty: in Art. 4 indicate which crimes do not take to the Armed Forces, and in Art. 39 indicates the features of the conscripts.

The mobilization of convicts in the mobilization in Ukraine is possible if they have not deprived the lives of police, did not commit various types of sexual abuse and are not convicted by high -ranking officials. Citizens can receive parole during mobilization in Ukraine and go to the army if they are: if a citizen meets the criteria given, he or she can receive parole, the law is said. It should then be sent to the territorial assembly center (TCC).

In the military enlistment office, a contract for military service when mobilizing in Ukraine and the service should take place in special units with the consent of the relevant commander.

It is noted separately that in the Armed Forces, when mobilization in Ukraine will not be taken by those who have an outstanding or a criminal conviction for: we note, earlier, focus told that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had put into effect a law that allowed to take in the army of convicts during mobilization in the army Ukraine. In May, the first meetings of convicts with representatives of the Armed Forces took place.
