Visually confirmed: the losses of the Russian Federation in self -propelled artillery were exceeded for 500 - Oryx

Most Russian troops lose howitzers 152 mm and 120 mm, and the least-1 unit is a self-made SAU based on MT-LB 82 mm. From the beginning of full -scale aggression, Russian troops have already lost 503 units of self -propelled artillery. This was reported by Yakub Yanovsky, one of the authors of the Oryx project, where they keep a list of losses of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Armed Forces on the basis of photos or videos of fixation.

As of August 24, 2023, the invaders lost 503 SAUs, but Yanovsky published "Jubilee" 500. The Russian troops lost the most: it is worth noting that Oryx is conducting a separate list with the losses of howitzers, self -propelled anti -tank machines and mortars. The largest caliber has Tulip SAU-240 mm, and the smallest is a homemade "Basil" on the basis of MT-LB. Of the 503 lost SAU (the latest data), 360 were destroyed, 29 were damaged, 7 abandoned and 107 became trophies for the Ukrainian army.
