Russia has increased the intensity of fighting in the Donbass for the last five days. The reason for this is the attempt of the occupiers to delay the additional forces of the Armed Forces, preventing Ukraine's counter -offensive. This is stated in the UK intelligence as of Saturday, August 26. Intense battles take place near Siversk and Bakhmut. The army of the Russian Federation also advanced to the center of the village of Pisky near the Donetsk airport.
