" The United Kingdom stated that the vessel "participated in the activity or result of which is destabilized of Ukraine . . . or gaining benefits from the Russian government or its support" during the transportation of oil or petroleum products of Russian descent to a third country.

The ship that changed the name to Boracay (or, according to some navigation databases, on Pushpa) in December 2024 was previously called Kiwala. The vessels store the same IMO identification number throughout the life, but may change the names.
