According to the document, Ukrainians are now forbidden to participate in competitions, which also act as citizens of the Russian Federation and Belarus under national flags, use the symbolism of the aggressor country, publicly declare their affiliation with these states. Accordingly, if Russians and Belarusians are under a neutral flag, then Ukrainian athletes can also be involved.
If, however, it is noticed that athletes from the Russian Federation and Belarus violate neutral status, then the responsible for the participation of the Ukrainian team should record the fact of the violation and to protest the organizer of the competition.
"In case of refusal of the organizer to eliminate these violations, to ensure the termination of participation of the official delegation in the event; to immediately inform the Ministry and the National Federation for Sports for their further appeal under the procedures determined - it is in the decree.
